Drinking and driving

Do not use this app — or any app — to decide whether you are safe to drive. The only safe BAC for driving is 0.00. In Texas, the legal limit for adults 21 and over is 0.08. For anyone under 21, any detectable alcohol is illegal under Texas Zero Tolerance law (Tex. Alcoholic Beverage Code §106.041).

Underage drinking

In all U.S. states, the legal drinking age is 21. This app does not endorse, encourage, or facilitate underage drinking. Educational use does not authorize illegal consumption.

Privacy

All inputs (weight, gender, drinks) are kept only in your browser's session memory and erased when you close the tab. They are never transmitted to or stored on any server.
